MY TAKE ON THE AD:Day 48 Score a Pattern
I thought this was going to be super easy, but was w bit harder than I thought, since my score was not running the way I thought it would on my trimmer... (that's when a Scor It would be REALLY nice).. the challenge was to score a pattern on the card, I did a rectangle around the corners and then filled in the center for the challenge at 365 cards blog. Here is my take:

Day 47 Pop Up Card
When I first saw this challenge I though how am I going to make one of those, never made one, or even seen one.. but these are sooo fun and really easy too. Here is my take on the Pop Up Card Challenge at the 365 card challenge blog:

It's Britney...... and the Circus
ok, so I have a totally guilty pleasure kind of really girlie thing.. yup I'll say it I like Britney Spears. Always kinda have, and always love her fun, get up and dance songs. So when I heard she was coming in concert for the Circus tour, I was really excited, and yes I did, I got tickets. I went with my lil sis Katelin, talk about the best and most ultimate girlie thing to do. We had really great tickets, in the second section, and the first row, so we saw everything. The concert was in the round, so always something to see and watch. They even had circus performers come on before the concert, to keep the show going, which I thought was pretty cool. I had sooo much fun, and really enjoyed the show, the dancing and choreography was amazing, and so glad to go with my lil sis.

Day 45: Tri Fold Card
I think this is one of my favorite ways to dress up a card and make it a bit fancy, with the tri fold technique. Just love how it turned out in the end, and makes for lots of fun to decorate it up. Today's challenge at 365 card challenge blog is to create a tri fold card, so here is my take on it...

For today's challenge at 365 card challenge blog, the challenge was to create a money holder card. I used sketch #10 from Card Patterns to create this fun project. I still am in LOVE with the vintage feel of this Cosmo Cricket line and keep going back to it, but the colors just rock me in..

Layout Sketch #91 by Tamara
Such a fun sketch from Tamara this week for layout sketch # 91.. I loved it, and I used it and flipped it around and then used 3 large photos instead of 6 small ones.. Also used the kits from Diane at Two Spotted Dogs with the new We R Memory Keepers, SOOOO fun and the quote was perfect, so I used it, cut it up, and thought it went well with these photos of Syd.

Having lots of fun with all the new sketches that are being posted this month at Inspired Blueprints.. Just love all the new photos I got printed from the kids and nephews from the day of playing at the park, I think the pics work perfectly with the new Sassafras line... lots of fun

Inspired Blueprints #13
I always love the new sketches from Inspired Blueprints and this month they have a lot of them going on, in fact 8 sketches all this month. Here is my take on sketch #13...
I also combined it with a challenge over at Serendipity for Spring Cleaning... It was to use PPs from 3 manufacturers and at least 2 old PPs... well I used all old papers for this challenge- Prima, Scenic Route, and Love Elsie. This is one of my fave pics of the kids after the photo shoot we had, while they were just playing on the railroad tracks.

Double Tootin.....
Ok so two really good things happened yesterday and today... It's been awhile, but I got two things of great news...
First, the quilt card I did for the 365 card blog, got picked up in their Basic Grey gallery!!!! YEAH and you can see it here...
Second, My card for the Card Pattern sketch got picked for the top 5 this past week!! The women that play along over there have amazing cards too..
I never thought of myself as much of a card maker, I'm usually more of a layout girl, but have been really into making cards, and quite enjoy it.. Esp when I may not have a ton of time to scrap, but want to do something creative.. Made my day..

Day 39: Wacky Wednesday
Today at the 365 cards challenge blog they have a fun challenge- use the colors green, orange and purple.. I LOVE orange, I LOVE green, and I LOVE orange and green together and have tons of those colors.. now purple.. that is like pulling teeth to find some of that around.. luckily I had some Halloween PP left over, but didn't want to do a Halloween card.. so luckily I think I pulled it off into a fun bday card instead. Add lots of pop dots for the circles and make them jump off the card... what a challenge:)
