A Hexagon card

Sorry I have been a horribly bad blogger and blogging slacker.. It's been one of those weeks.

This week the challenge at the Create blog by Paige was to create a card with hexagons on it. I have been totally lovin the MME hexagon patterns on them this past month and I think I've used it all up too :(

I spiced up this hexagon with some bling and a sentiment:
And here I actually cut out a few hexagons and added a couple random cut out ones:
Hope you have a great Friday tomorrow!!!! TGIF!!

1 Special Daughter.

Since I've been loooovin Echo Park's This and That line, I decided to play along with their This and That Sketch contest going on right now.. This is what I came up with. I flipped the actual sketch and created this page. I used the Graceful line for this page. These photos of Chorley were taken within the same week or so, and I just love how she puts her cute lil hands up towards her mouth.

I fussy cut a flower and then crumpled it and added some bling.
gotta love adding a banner with some twine:
I added some misting and lots of sticker elements:
Hope you get to have a happy, crafty day!!!

Day 25: Super Sketchy Sunday

It's Day 25 at 365 Cards Challenge Blog and Pam has a super fun sketch all lined up to play along with this week.
I flipped the sketch on it's side for my card and created this card. Also, since this week our sponsor is SRM Stickers I used several on my card and these cool project tubes.
On my card I used from the Baby Girl sticker sheet, The blue scallop, the "oh baby" sticker and the wording "precious baby" on my tab and then "welcome little one". I also punched a circle and used the onesie sticker from the Baby Girl Invite Stickers.
For my tube, I decorated with with a banner and another "oh baby" word strip, along with another "welcome little one" tag from the Baby Girl Border stickers and then added the little shoe to the punched circle from the Baby Girl Invite Stickers and filled it with Easter m&ms.
How cool and fun are the stickers and the tubes?? the tubes can be used to fill with anything!!! I love that!!

Time 4 a Bath.

Time 4 a Bath... I think one of the cutest things is little babies in their baby tubs.. I realized after awhile that I hadn't gotten any tub pictures of Chorley yet, so I took a few, and I need to take more because it seems like she is starting to get pretty big in her tub. I used the Echo Park This and That Graceful line for this page, which I am totally LOVIN right now. I love that added turquoise in the line too.. not just all pinks. It's perfect for all these girlie baby pictures... and I've been taking TONS of pictures of Chorley too. I also used this layout from playing along with the My Scraps & More Monthly Lift contest going on right now.

I cut out the banner from the paper, added some twine and bling:
I pop dotted several fun sticker elements from the line:And added lots of bling along the paper strip too:
Hope you have a wonderful Saturday!!!

Echo Park This and That Charming

Lately, I've just been LOOOOVIN the Echo Park This and That Charming line.. I can't say enough about more of a need for great boy lines.. Not that I dislike girl lines, there just needs to be MORE great boy collections out there. This one seems to be perfect for everything that I've been scrappin, different themes, ages and everything else.

This page is of Austin at his last Pinewood Derby.. Since he is a Webelos this year, it's also his last pinewood derby ever. It's fun to watch over the past years how his cars have evolved and I've really love to watch him get into making his cars, and how proud he is of them.
Lots of distressing, ink, and some sewing also:
Yes his car won this race!!!
Binkie Babies... It was super cute to get Lincoln and Chorley together when the Jessops came down to the Chorley's baby blessing and get the two babies together. We did do pics with no binkies, but it was cute to do a couple with binkies.. It reminds me of the pics of Bailey and Austin with their big binkies in their mouths.
Some misting and mixed alphas for the title work:
Austin really LOVES his new lil sister and has been a GREAT older brother. It's so fun to watch him be helpful with her, watch out for her and take care of her. It kinda melts my heart quite a bit. He loves to take pictures with her too.
Lots of fun sticker embellies, some bling:
If you haven't gotten a chance to get over to My Scraps & More, I totally would. Right now they have a super cool month long Lift challenge going on all month, and it's been great to think outside the box and try some new styles...

Sletches in Thyme #73: Hanging out as a family.

One thing we do realllly well as a family is hang out... together. We almost always go everywhere as a family and I LOVE that.. We enjoy each other, love to be silly together and love to have a good time, it's what we do.
This week's Sketches in Thyme #73 was a perfect sketch to showcase some of our hanging out photos. These were all taken when we went out to pizza together after a movie and were just waiting for our pizza to come out, so I whipped out the camera and took a few photos of us.

Here is the sketch:
Left side of the page:
Right side of the page:
I added a bit of doodling and journaling:
a couple little details: brads, bling, buttons and stickers:
Hope you have a great day!!!!

Holding You.

Ok, so I think this just might be my new favorite page.. I think I just love the photo. It was taken towards the end of January when Chorley was just over the month mark and starting to seem like she was getting a bit bigger. I LOVE holding her, and I LOVE to cuddle her. I make sure I take the time to hold my little precious before she gets too big.
I used Echo Park's This and That Graceful line, which I am totally diggin!!!! I played along with the My Scraps & More 3/14 lift and also ScrapFIT's warmup #25, to add something dripping or splattered on your page.

Upclose of the dripping ink:
Some banner work with twine:some small details of sewing:
Hope you have a great day!!!!

Chorley....

This is a page I made QUITE awhile ago and for some reason, never quite got around to posting it. So I'm pulling it out to share with you today. I mixed some pinks and reds together, which used to be a total fashion no-no, but has evolved and is totally ok to mix together. These photos are of Chorley from our lil Christmas photo shoot.

I added a wooden blinged out butterfly here and some realllly old Scrapworks letters (remember those fabric ones?)
I usually don't do many multi photo pages, but these photos just all begged to be on the page:
Lots of buttons and peals on the page:
Hope you have a HAPPY Monday!!!!

You Melt My Heart.

This is a layout I did of Chorley about a week ago. She looks soooo little in this picture already because she has grown sooo much. It's amazing what 2 months can do at this age. I used a mix of papers: MME, Authentique, and some Echo Park- talk about mixing it up...

I cut out the honeycomb paper and added some buttons and embellies through out the page:
Used mixed alphas for the title and then blinged up the wooden heart:
I also added a lil chevron bag and threw on some machine sewing:
Hope you have a wonderful Friday... TGIF!!!!
