Rainbow Card

Hello and good evening..

I meant to get this blogged earlier, but man did this day just jump away from me...

Here is the card that I had up on the Practical Scrappers blog today for the Over the Rainbow theme.

I used the Bella Blvd Kiss Me collection, which actually had rainbows on the patterned paper. I fussy cut one out and added it to my card.
