Recipe Card challenge

Well just posted was Tamara's newest recipe... This week's recipe from Sketches by Tamara is:
- Banner
- Green
-Bling...

Easy peasy enough for me.. Here is my take on the recipe.. I LOVE the color green, banners and bling anyways so I whipped this one out..
