Birthday Wishes Card

I found a cute sketch this week at CPS #192 to play along with.. at first the circle in it had me stumped, but I had this half flower laying on my desk and knew it was perfect to use with the sketch.. So here is my take on it, using some Echo Park Life is Good line too.
