Thanks Card

In honor of the month of gratitude and being thankful, I thought I would create a Thanks card that I could send out to someone who has done alot for me.
I used the Card Patterns sketch # 140 for this card
Also the CCCB#82 challenge: create a THANK YOU card
I used some Crate Neighborhood collection for this card, which I am still lovin to use.
