ScrapFIT workout #71 Home Sweet Home

I am sooooo excited about this post and this project!!! I've been meaning to make some kind of altered project for the house for a looooong time, and been putting it off. Specifically using these little wooden people that I got last October.. yes it's been awhile. So when the ScrapFIT challenge came along I was jumpin for joy for the extra push to create something altered.
The workout:
Home Sweet Home! We spend many hours at home so lets be sure to surround ourselves with things we love.  This Workout is challenging you to create a paper craft to be displayed in your home! This can be a banner, a unique way to display a photo, anything you can create with paper to be displayed in your Home Sweet Home

So here is my altered frame art to hang:
These colors match our bedroom colors and so it was perfect to use these papers. These are the little people I've been meaning to use for something:
I also added a banner, I know of course...
And a fun little bingo card and a ticket with the date that we were married:
I also inked and crumpled a doily, with both Tea Bag and Broken China Ranger Distress inks:
There's also a wonderful sponsor for this month at ScrapFIT to play along with:
This workout is being sponsored by:

with a chance to win a $15.00 Gift Certificate to the Paper Issues Store!
You have until July 31st to link up to the Mr Linky on the ScrapFIT blog for a chance at winning the Paper Issue gift certificate!

Happy Altering!!!!
