The Giving Tree...
this was a FAVE book of my growing up. I always loved reading it, I loved the story, and always made me feel good. Well when Sydney started reading, this was one book she LOVED being read. Once she was able to read it on her own, I would find her reading it ALL the time. In face, I STILL find her reading it. I love the fact that she enjoys this book sooo much!!!
So over at Child's Play Challenge blog, here is today's inspiration photo to get inspired by:
Here's my page. Sydney was reading the book to Chorley, which was a perfect photo for this challenge:
I used For the Record 2 Documented for this page, pulling the greens from he book.
Added some washing tape and fussy cut a fun circle shape:
Added some misting and mixing up the fonts:
Also added just a touch of girlie-ness with a flower in the corner:
So was this one of your childhood fave books? Do you still read it?
I'd love to see what you do with the challenge.... so make sure you play along!!!
