Today up on the Practical Scrappers blog is the Frugal Find... the item... Jar Lids.. I have to admit when I signed up for this day, I had NO idea what the heck I would create. It took awhile and then I got the idea to create an ornament. It can be decorated for Christmas or any other holiday and hung on the tree, around the house, or a doorknob.
Here is mine, I used some of October Afternoon's last years holiday line:
I decorated with a fussy cut flower, word stickers, a chipboard Believe and then some bling and snowflake brads:
For hanging the ornament I just added some ribbon and hot glued it to the back of the jar, I also added a back layer of paper to make it extra sturdy:
What will you do with your jar lids????Happy Hump Day!!!!
Oh how cute!!!!!!!
