So I went onto pinterest and pinned some good ideas and these were the two that I was trying to go with:
So here is what I did, I got myself a canvas from Joann's
Then I painted it a solid green color:
Next I wanted an ombre look to the canvas so I painted the top darker and the bottom lighter ( I mixed the green with a blueish color and the light green with some white)Next I drew a hard online onto the canvas and then started to arrange my buttons, which is kinda a bit harder then you'd think. They need to line up and fit into place just right:
Then I took some twine and wrote the word love and sealed it with Mod Podge:
and here is the finished product for her room!!!!!
I'm sooo excited to hang it in her room.... I know I will be trying out some more canvases in the near future and can't wait!!!
