Getting Wet

Hello and good evening...

 Well today I only had time to create one page, and it was for the latest MME August sketch that I've been dying to play along with, so I was SUPER excited to get the time to get this layout done.

 For my layout I actually combined two lines, the newer MME Cut and Paste, which I was been drooling over and finally getting to use.. and some older Indie Chic.
 For the chevron paper, I added some gesso and kinda gave it an ombre effect, and then misted over it with yellow

 Next I used an arrow mask and painted gesso through it:
and I fussy cut out some of the arrows and then added some stitching through them:
I added some enamel dots to the layout, which are my FAVE embellies ever lately...
