A Manly Card

Hello and good morning..

 Happy Labor Day to all my US friends.. I know I hope to be sleeping in a little bit and relaxing today...

 Up on the Cards in Envy blog is a cool new challenge to kick start your card making for the new month...
The Challenge:   Make it Manly! - create cards for men, masculine only!

Here is what I came up with:
I used super guy colors, added some distressing, and stars are always the perfect accent to a guy card.

  Remember, your card needs to fit in a regular envelope for mailing and NOT require extra postage. No extra thick lumpy, bumpy embellishments.   Cards should not be any thicker than 1/4 inch. Beginning with our August challenge, all cards should be the A2 size (4.25" x 5.5")  only. Square or shaped cards will not be allowed for the challenges as this causes confusion with our participants.

    There's lots going on with textures, sentiments and shapes but it's well balanced and totally manly. I love your design, the colors you chose and that stitching!!
