Life's A Breeze

Hello and good morning...

I'm up over on the Original Scrapbook USA expo blog with a layout using the "Sweet Tangerine" DCWV collection. I just love the fun, sweet mix of colors in this line. I had a photo that was perfect for the papers. But you know how sometimes the photos don't turn out as perfect as you wanted? this was one of those photos, her arms were moving and a bit blurred, but it was such a cute moment, I just wanted to scrap it. Sometimes you gotta scrap those not so perfect photos anyways.

Here's my page:
I took a couple of the elements and just fussy cut them out to add them to my layout, one of which ended up being my title of the layout itself:

I also added some detailing to the circle element but stitching around it:

And then used several papers and layers on the page:

Thanks so much for stopping by and have a great day....

Other materials used: misc cardstock, Mister Huey mist, MME enamel dots, border punch, washi tape, Sharpie pen, machine sewing.
