Catching the Garter

Hello and good morning..

TGIF!!!! For some reason this just seemed like an ultra long week!!! so I am ready for the weekend, bring it on!!!

Up on the My Scraps & More sketch blog is the latest sketch to get your mojo flowing... Actually for the next few weeks, I made the sketches for the sketch blog, so I'm kinda excited.

This page is of my son who caught the garter at my cousin's wedding that we went to last summer. They called up all the single guys, so we sent him and my nephew up, they were both 12, along with all the other single boys to catch the garter. Well my son caught it. He came over, excited and asked what it meant. LOL!!! we laughed sooo hard and told him what it meant and now he was going to be married next. He had a shocked face, and placed the garter on the table and walked away.. LOL!!!

I made sure to add the journaling to this one, cuz it was pretty funny:

I used Crate's Love Notes line for this one:

and here is your sketch:

For a chance to win the January prize of the papers from the Fancy Pants Timergrove line, complete at least one layout from sketches #62, 63, 64, 65 and 66. The deadline to complete and link up your page for this sketch is February 6, 2014.

I'd love to see what you do with the sketch, so have fun with it!!!

Happy Friday!!!!
