Hello and good morning..
Happy Monday!!! hope your weekend was fun...
Up on the Let's Get Sketchy blog is the week #4 sketch to get your mojo flowing...
I scrapped some photos of my oldest daughter from last season's spring soccer. She did really well and I loved watching her play. At times it was hard, since she was in goal for many of the games, and being a goalie is not an easy position. I played it for a couple of years, and it is alot of stress. She handled it pretty well, but some games I was probably more nervous then she was. But I always love watching out on the field in action.
I used the Glitz Finnley line for the layout. I added some gesso at the top and bottom on opposite sides, and splatted some black mist on the areas.
Then popped on a couple of wood pieces and washi tape- I'm actually trying to use my washi stash since I have quite a few of them.
Here's the sketch:
Hope you can play along... thanks sooo much for stopping by and have a great day!!!!
