I'm up over on the Got Moxxie blog today.
Today I am sharing a card with you using the Springtime collection. This card kinda took on a life of it's own. First I thought I would just use tons of layers. Then I spotted my gesso across the desk and decided to use it with a mask to create more of a pattern on the card. Well, then I got thinking it needed some misting, so I added three different colors of mists and created an ombre effect with the mists.
So here is the end result:
I added a bit of twine around the center:
And then punched some butterflies out and added some enamels in the center:
I really have been loving how added some gesso and misting, can really change the overall look of a project!! So get messy and play around with it.
Thanks sooo much for stopping by and have a great day!!!
Used:
SPR-1521 In Bloom,
SPR-1520 Dandelion Wishes,

ReplyDeleteWhat a fabulous background you've made! I love how it turned out!
ReplyDeleteThat gesso wanted to be used! haha. Love when projects just start to take shape on their own volition. The grungy inky splotches and splatters really make for such a unique, cool design!
