Happy Friday!!!! yay for the weekend coming up, I don't know what happened this week, but I am soooo ready for the weekend to start....

Today I am sharing a layout with you using a realllly old Echo Park mini kit called Grand Slam from 2012!!! I didn't even realize I had it in my stash, till I started pulling out some old EP collection packs. Well I knew it was perfect since I had a stack full of baseball pics that were in need of being scrapped on my desk.
Since my son plays catcher and the home plate is his, I thought this quote was perfect to add:
I added some ink splats but they were taking forever to dry, so I dabbed this with tissue and created a blurred ink effect. Of course stars are always a great sports page accent:
I used the Feb 15 Stuck sketch for the layout.

ReplyDeleteYou know I am going to love this one!! :) Isn't it great when you find old papers that you forgot about?? Great page!! If you ever need quick "Baseballs" as embellishments... I just used my circle punch and drew the red lines. I was desperate and it turned out pretty good.
