Happy Birthday... a simple card

I really am trying to do something new and try cleaner and simpler cards.. now, that doesn't mean I don't LOVE to pile lots of embellies, paper and goodies on it all at one.. but I am trying new things.. this card is for Day #304 at 365 card challenge blog.. the challenge:
Keep it Simple:
One image, - the birdcage
a sentiment, - Happy Birthday
one embellishment, - a strip of bling that I cut up and placed throughout the card
and limit the amount of space you use on the card to about 1/3 of the entire space available.
and here it is... Also this card goes PTT # 27, the challenge- create a birthday card and ANYTHING goes.. so here it is....
