Today at Blog Tiffany is a fun new challenge to play along with... it's all about METAL and WIRE... I've had this cool ribbon with metal eyelets on it and been meaning to use it, so I thought it would work great with the challenge... Also I've had this cool metal tag that I attached with some twine for a more grunged kind of look. I threw on a metal button and some brads and an very old hinge to add just a bit more of metal.
This photo was taken when we went back to Morro Bay this summer and it's taken at my old college apartment that my cousin and I lived at!!! There was actually an open house at the property, there was a front house and then two apartments in the back of the property. I was in loooooove and totally wanted it, but it was just a bit more than we could have afforded. It's been fixed up a bit, but still has the super cool view of the beach from the backyard where I spent tons of afternoons doing homework in the backyard... ahhhh good memories...
I love this Wendi!! Might have to give this challenge a go..
ReplyDeleteThe apartment sounds heavenly, how did you get any work done? My first place at college was in a student residence, sharing a room, with lovely grey lino on the floor and the walls...says it all. It certainly encouraged us not to hang around in our rooms. xx
