Welcome to post #2 for the day.
Today has the new March challenge up on the Craft Hoarders Anonymous blog to play along with... Sadly, it will be the last challenge for the blog itself :( I'm soooo sad to see the blog close down, but it means that there are bigger and better things that must come forward.
The challenge:
Go Green
Use
this color board as inspiration for your green challenge. Make a
challenge which has green as the predominate color. Use the other colors
in this color board as your accent colors. You may make any type or
theme of project that you wish. You do NOT have to use all of the colors
represented here, but green must be the star of your project! There
must be some green in your vast hoard...dig it out! This month it's a color inspiration challenge. This is the card that I came up with:
I layers some washi strips:
And added a punch of stitching and mist:
Here are the colors:
Make sure to check out all the other talented ladies and see their projects:
Amber Milone
Christy Butters
Debbie Seyer
Donna Idlet

ReplyDeleteHello Wendi! I'm so sorry to be so late to the party. I have had issues with a 14 year old Yorkie with heart disease and we are finally back on track. Love your card; such pretty layers and of course I love the stitching and distressing! I'm gonna miss your smiling face!
