Big Yay with Butterflies.

Hello and good morning...

Happy Monday!!!! I feel like a blogging slacker and blogging commenting slacker.. My life has gotten kinda crazy with sports and I have had pretty much zero crafting time.. I'm coaching two soccer teams (my two daughters U14 and U5- which I LOVE being out there coaching and on the field), and my son is in full baseball spring season) I'm going to try and find my balance and get back to leaving comments and stopping by.. and hopefully more crafting soon.

Up on the Cards in Envy blog is the latest card challenge to play along with.
The challenge: BEAUTIFUL BUTTERFLIES.

Here's my card:

I punched out some butterflies with one of my fave punches to make sure that I matched my butterflies to the papers I was working with and added sequin centers:

Here are a few reminders about our challenge requirements:

  • No lumpy, bumpy cards.  Elements on your card need to be relatively flat (no thicker than 1/4") so your card would fit in an envy (envelope) for mailing
  • Limit entries to 3 per challenge.
  • No Back Linking--cards must be posted to your blog or an online album during the challenge dates.  If it was posted online BEFORE the beginning of our challenge, it cannot be linked.
  • Entry must be for the current theme: BEAUTIFUL BUTTERFLIES

Thanks sooo much for stopping by and have a great day!!!

  4. Wendi, I have no idea how you keep up with your kids' sports schedules and still find any time to craft. But, I'm so glad you do because this card is so sweet and cheery. Love the details, including the punched-out butterflies. :)
